2012 Ferrari 599 GTO Tuned by WheelsandMore

Wheelsandmore completes its portfolio for the otherwise mostly red racers from Maranello with special Ferrari model 599 GTO.

Following their reputation as an individual high-end car tuning company all performance products were adapted to the complete black and yellow color concept on customer´s option.

Clothes make the man – wheels make a car

Even the using of 3-piece handcrafted 6Sporz² ultralight forged wheels is changing the appearance of the rare supercar crucial. The also black and yellow powder coated wheels were customized sizing 9,0×21 inches in front with tires 245/30/21 and with ultrawide 12,5×21 inches rims and 345/25/21 Hankook S1Evo tires at the rear axle. With forged and weight optimized centers the wheels weights are similar to the oem wheels and are not effecting the car´s performance negatively.

Although the italian V12 monster is standardly coming with 670hp, german tuner Wheelsandmore developed a special power increasing package, contending an ecu upgrade adapted to the handcrafted, stainless steel exhausts with remote-able valve flaps. This package pushes the performance up to charming 715 hp and 665 nm.

The luxury tuner installed a hydraulic liftable suspension to avoid expensive damages at the car´s body. With pushing a remote control button the front axle lifts up around 1.18 inches to overcome road abstacles or steep gateways. With adjustable height, rebound and compression this suspension is even race suitable and is coming with a limited 5 years warranty.

In particular, the car body kit clearly demonstrates that the desire for visual refinement is the focus at MANSORY. Apart from a multitude of new design elements made of carbon such as the new front grill and the lamella bonnets, specific interventions on front, side and rear ensure extra aerodynamics. The front spoiler attachment therefore reduces the buoyancy of the Spyder, which decisively improves handling and agility. Furthermore, the side skirts calm the air flow between both axes. A rear spoiler also provides more contact pressure. The MANSORY technicians could restrict themselves to a small wing profile from which the car body design has significantly benefited. Since the combination with a new rear apron and the perfectly integrated rear diffuser made a sufficient grip available. The MANSORY aerodynamics kit displays its strengths on main roads with curvy sections and generates pure driving pleasure.

Extra agility and handling create room for more power. For the V10 5.2 FSI-engine MANSORY brings its Know-How into play. By installing a sport air filter and a sport exhaust system, an improvement of performance results in 552 HP / 406 kW with 800 rpm and an increased torque of 550 Nm with 6500 rpm

An additional technical highlight in the refining programme offered is the distinctive MANSORY alloy wheel. It is particularly light due to the production in forging technology. The unsprung masses are thereby reduced, which improves noticeably both handling and acceleration as well as braking response. The recommended wheel/tyre combination has the size 8.5Jx20 inches with tyre dimensions 245/30ZR20 at the front. At the rear, 11.0Jx20 sized rims with tyre size 305/25ZR20 are used. The wheel/tyre combination is properly set into the scene by suspension springs for the lower suspension setting of the sports car.

MANSORY customers also get offered something in the interior as well. As a complement to the existing interior design offered by our manufacturer, MANSORY offers a extensive programme. That ranges from personalised doormats to perfectly worked leather upholstery with MANSORY couture and carbon applications. 2005 BMW 645 Coupe on a Set of Modulare Wheels M9’s

Check out this BMW 645 by our friends at Wheel Emotions Brooklyn NY, with photography by C3 Photography:

The car is a 2005 BMW 645 coupe repainted to a Matte Grey finish with a Gloss Black roof and an OEM M-Version body-kit.  The interior features include a keyless push-start conversion, with a custom made headliner and subwoofer enclosure wrapped in Alcantara with audio upgrades from JL Audio.

 As far as engine, this 645 features an ESS tuning ECU upgrade, AFE cold-air intake, and Eisenmann (Race) exhaust system. This vehicle also features Vorsteiner carbon fiber accesories to finish off the aerodynamics of the body. The finishing touch of this project is the Modulare Wheels M9 in a tinted brushed finish, with gloss black inner lip and chrome outer lip. The sizes are 22/9 and 22/10.5 using a Continental DWS in a 245/30/22 and 295/25/22.
